AMC Manufacturing Co. in Louisville, Kentucky operates a full-service metal stamping facility that caters to any volume stamping project, large or small. We have the capability to perform all types of stamping operations. Whether Progressive, Compound, Draw, or Deep Draw, we can ensure your parts are produced with the highest quality of care that will meet the most stringent specifications.
Equipped with more than 25+ presses ranging from 75 to 500 ton presses and a maximum bed capacity of 180” x 96”, our presses can be used with a wide variety of material types. To meet the specifications and quality that our customers expect, AMC Manufacturing provides a quality control staff equipped with state of the art tools such as a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) which allows us to maintain parts consistent with the specifications by delivering an accurate, repeatable, and expeditious process for checking parts.
AMC Manufacturing also provides a tool & die shop staffed with experienced tool makers to ensure that your dies are properly maintained to achieve the maximum life for your tool. Our tool makers are equipped with state of the art equipment as well to aid in the repair and maintenance of your dies. Tools such as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems, Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) systems, Heat Treat Furnace, Grinding systems, etc.
